General Online Store
E-commerce products are sold by Pho Finland Oy, Business ID 2918052-7. Prices and shipping are subject to change. By accepting these terms of delivery, the e-commerce customer proves that he / she is familiar with the terms and conditions of trading.
Products and product prices
Product prices are given in connection with product demonstrations. Our products include VAT. The tax item is shown in the shopping cart and the order confirmation.
How to order
Product/products is/are ordered online from our website www.nemfoods.fi. To add a desired quantity to a shopping cart, first specify the desired quantity with the arrows or enter the desired quantity in the quantity field and press the shopping cart icon below the product. You can view the contents of the shopping cart by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page. Be sure to check the contents of your Shopping Cart before proceeding to the payment stage. All orders will be confirmed by email indicating the price of the order, shipping costs and the products ordered. In order to receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering.
Our minimum order is 10 euros (product value).
Shipping methods and costs
We deliver the goods in Finland by Posti to home with Home Parcel service or to Posti pick-up point with Postal Parcel service.
With Home Parcel service, after the good is dispatched, Posti will contact you on the following business day by SMS, phone or email to agree on a delivery time. The delivery times vary from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. according to area. The service includes one delivery attempt.

With Postal Parcel service
The service includes an electronic notice of arrival by SMS or e-mail. When you are informed of the arrival of the item, it can be picked up right away. The service includes a seven-day storage period.

We usually ship all orders on weekdays within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order is delayed for any reason, we will contact the customer as early as possible. However, we always do our best to get your order processed as quickly as possible. Delivery usually takes about 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
Orders in our webshop are paid through Paypal or Paytrail (Online banks/Credit Cards/Debit Cards).
Edit and cancel your order
If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that all orders will be shipped on weekdays within 24 hours of placing the order.
Return and exchange policy
The customer has a 14-day return policy under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act if the total value of the order exceeds 30 euros (incl. VAT). The right of return applies to original and unused products. Returned product packaging must be unopened. We always do our best to work together to find a solution that satisfies you. Failure to collect the goods will not be sufficient to cancel the order. The fee for a non-picked shipment is as below (Posti Uncollected service), which will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Defective or wrong product
If you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact Nem Foods Customer Service at telephone +358449834330 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will be sure to find a satisfactory solution for you.

We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. Prior to placing an order, the customer must read the applicable delivery terms.
